Dear brothers and sisters, as we all know, we are going through a delicate moment and not only in this country, due to the Coronavirus epidemic. This is not the first nor the last emergency that we have faced in our lives or that we will have to face in the future. Sometimes, everyday life far away from home, together with immigration under complicated conditions, call for us to be strong. It is precisely now when we should showcase the human strength we have. We can learn to be more wise and careful when looking after each other.

Those who applied for the humanitarian permit of stay before October 5th 2018 – day on which Salvini’s first security decree was passed as law – does not lose the right to have the humanitarian permit of stay.
The first security decree (D.L. n. 113/2018, converted on L.n. 132/2018) issued by Salvini the racist, expected, as a matter of fact, the cancelation of humanitarian per-mits of stay, among other unfair norms.

Sono stati accolti dai gas lacrimogeni lanciati dalla polizia di frontiera greca i profughi provenienti dalla Turchia. Donne, bambini, uomini che cercano rifugio, scampati alla feroce guerra del regime siriano e alle tante che imperversano nella zona, invece di trovare accoglienza trovano ancora tragedie e impedimenti. E' di queste ore la notizia di un bambino morto in un tentativo di sbarco nell'isola greca di Lesbo e di una persona uccisa al confine dalla polizia greca.

Chi ha fatto domanda di permesso di soggiorno per motivi umanitari prima del 5 ottobre 2018 – giorno in cui il primo decreto sicurezza di Salvini e divento legge – non perde il diritto ad avere il permesso di soggiorno.
Il primo decreto sicurezza (D.L. n. 113/2018, convertito nella L.n. 132/2018) voluto dal razzista Salvini prevedeva, infatti, tra le altre norme ingiuste, anche la cancellazione dei permessi di soggiorni umanitari.
